    Tomasz Pańczyk

     

    Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economic and Social Studies with a specialization in Public Relations as well as Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona,Spain.

    He started his professional career at ATM Sp. z o.o. (Silicon Graphics Computer Polish distributor) as a manager of the Contract Support Department. Between 1999 and 2002 he worked in Zurich Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. where he was in charge of LIMRA (Life Insurance Marketing and Research Association) training programs and later of the entire Training Department. During his 4 year stay in California he worked as the Marketing and Advertising Director at Eurosystems Ltd. 

    Currently, President of the Supervisory Board at Mostostal – Export S.A. , Deputy President of the Supervisory Board at Genesis Energy S.A.

     

    Henryka Narkiewicz

    In 1976-1997, she worked as a Sales and Marketing specialist in the Disabled Workers’ Cooperative of the Blind Soldiers in Warsaw, in addition she held positions in the supervisory body of the Cooperative for over 10 years; In 1997-2007, she worked as a Sales and Marketing specialist in the Cooperative of the Blind in Warsaw; she has secondary education.

     

    Jarosław Perlik

    He is currently a Member of the Supervisory Board in Victoria Serwis Sp. z o.o.

    Since 1997, he has run his own business; he has secondary education.

     

    Tomasz Wróbel

    He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (line: Finance and Banking) and the Academy of Mathematics and Consumer IT in Białystok (line: Mathematics and IT in Banking), and then postgraduate studies – mergers and takeovers of companies. He gained additional experience, among other things, by finishing the following courses: for the Stockbroker, for candidates for Members of Supervisory Boards and Fundamental Analysis of Companies. He has worked, inter alia, in Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. and in Deutsche Bank PBC S.A. in the department of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. An active investor at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

     

    Adam Narkiewicz

    He graduated from the Secondary Technical School of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering within the Complex of Schools of Electronics in Warsaw, specialty – general electronics. He was a shareholder of Tytan - Med. Sp. z o.o., Prestiże Sport Sp. z o.o., Dekstar Adam Narkiewicz, Dariusz Dobrowolski s.j., Victoria Serwis Sp. z o.o., Casino Silver Sp. z o.o., owner of Delta Sport, co-owner of Dekstar, Davis s.c., A&L s.c. Since 2006, he has been the president of the board of Dekstar Sp. z o.o. (until 2007, Deks Sp. z o.o.). He is also a shareholder of Aspent Sp. z o.o. (since 2009) and co-owner of AM Serwis s.c. Adam Narkiewicz was a member of the supervisory board in: Zatra S.A., Victoria Serwis Sp. z o.o., Casino Gold Sp. z o.o., Bersin Sp. z o.o., and Prestiże Sport Sp. z o.o.

    Paweł Narkiewicz

     

    Graduate of the Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management, faculty of Finance and Banking. In the years 2006 to 2010 – Deputy President of the Board at Casino Gold Sp. z o.o., 2008 to 2010 President of the Board at Victoria Serwis Sp. z o.o. Currently, he serves as the President of the Supervisory Board at Genesis Energy S.A., PC Guard S.A., at the same time he remains a member of the Supervisory Board at Imagis S.A. From June 2011 Paweł Narkiewicz serves on the Board of Directors for Mostostal – Export S.A. He is also a significant shareholder in Calatrava Capital S.A. - he possesses 31.424.506 shares which is 16,25 % of general number of shares and votes at the General Assembly of Shareholdres.
